What is your process?

When you contact us we will ask a few initial questions and set up a time and date to come to the location and conduct an in-depth interview and preliminary investigation with a few basic pieces of our equipment. Once we review the interview and evidence we will decide whether or not we need to conduct a full investigation or take other steps (such as cleansing). A preliminary investigation usually takes place in an evening and lasts until midnight. A full investigation typically lasts until 3-5am. Once we conduct all investigations and review the evidence that we collect we will decide the next steps to take.
